We were not told to submit tickets. Rather, GREE supposedly culled a list. Why submit tickets that backlog further and won't be responded to. The 300 gold fix was insultingly undervalued, but if some get it for earning these units, then we all get it for doing the same. Simple.

Re-opened the ticket and haven't heard from them since.

The 1500 is with the 50% extra. It's 50% more than buying at the basic rate (i.e. buying a vaults worth in bags). Without the 50% it would be 1000 gold.

That's misrepresentation! I know of someone who bought a vault at the previous 40% off sale and got the same 1500 gold. And at that point, there wasn't a "50% extra" tagline yet it still came with 1500 gold at 40% off.

Now that its currently not on sale, and conveniently coming with the "50% extra" tagline, u wld think its a different promotion altogether where one doesn't get outright discount but "bonus gold" instead.

Anyway thanks for the response. I will take this with them or I'll hafta pre-empt my credit card company and reverse the charges.

To Catch a Criminal LTQ. There were 2 Tom Cats that had a 20% health regeneration time reduction. There was also the falcon supersonic that had a +2 energy regeneration bonus that didn't work with the other unit with the same bonus since both were in the air unit category.

If you look at the different tiers of gold purchase, you get 50 gold for $4.99, which is a bag of gold. Next tier is Stash of gold which is 110 gold for $9.99 and you get 10% extra. Take 4.99 multiply it by 2 and you would get 100 gold for 9.98. Purchasing a stash essentially gives you 10 extra gold that by purchasing it in a larger amount. So a vault of gold would essentially be 1000 gold and you get a bonus of 500 gold. 1000+500=1500 gold. You appear to have been given the correct amount.

At this point, I want interest and something to make me whole for "loss of use". Bumping me up from 9 to 10 in the last collect 10 would help.

Great idea, but if it doesn't come with a boost then it just ain't the same thing. Cheap LE sets come and go, the bonuses we have been screwed out of are quite rare indeed.

I can't feel bad for you, all android events used to start several days later than iOS. Imagine an auction event where, by the time you get the event, you need 150 to be in the top 50 and have 2 days left to get there.

I didn't get gold, I got a letter apologising and saying it was going to be fixed by the game developers. So from that i assume the bonus will be turned on... The most obvious and simple solution and fulfilment of their contractual obligation. That being the case I am happy with my large gold investment.

Knowing that others had got 300 gold I sent another note and was given my 300. So I assume that is compensation and the bonus will materialise shortly.

However, having seen all the other posts and forum entries, there is this perception that Gree don't care and won't bother. That being the case, then it clearly constitutes theft/fraud and I would certainly pursue a full refund from Apple in the first instance.

Gree, kindly fix the bonus (it's no skin off your teeth) and give us an indication of timescales, or simply refund the Gold people spent on the event.

Had 4 tickets closed without even acknowlegding the problem or replying to the ticket. I would visit the Gree website and a week after submitting a ticket it would say "awaiting assignment". Go back 2 or 3 days later and it would be closed. I kept sending them in and finally got the 300 gold but never did get an email response. And no it wasnt in my spam mailbox either. Checked that too.

I finally recieved mine after I sent in another ticket last week. If you haven't gotten yours yet and you haven't sent in a ticket recently, try sending in another ticket. It took about 3 working days to recieve a response and I imediately had my gold after the response.

Almost sounds too good to be true....

I sent in a ticket this morning about another issue which was resolved within hours of when i sent the ticket in.
thought i'd try my luck and gave them my old ticket number for my original query on the 300 gold and bingo, an hour later, was in my account.
