Crime City Updated, Now Crashes with every action (Android)

I'm not sure if this is just my device... but Gree has seriously screwed up.
Literally every action causes the game to crash. PvP, PvE, viewing rival profiles.. everything.

It's obviously impossible to complete the boss event or the LTQ with the game in this condition.

is anyone else experiencing this?

And yes, I reinstalled the app

I was waiting for someone to post what happened with their update. For me, it doesn't crash, but every rivals profile shows all zeros now. Attacking and robbing has become a game of chance as I can't see their stats anymore.

but as soon as I close the rival profile it crashes.

Even after sending an in game ticket it crashes. I have never seen it this bad... EVER!

Gree, fix your ish. This is beyond unacceptable.

Same here, except here's the best part. Deleted and tried to re-download, and it keeps getting stuck on 19%. This is some serious bull ish.

Yep mine crashes every time i try to do the play or power i unloaded the game and reloaded and it does it still sent ticket in with no response. My husband did the update on his tablet and it works find but he is like level 30 i am a level 109. This is bull we have the same tablets just different brand i transferred to my phone and it still crashes on play for power now so i transferred back i even wiped it off of my memory card altogether and went to play store and reloaded it and it still crashes on play for power.:mad:

I am having the same problem on the droid RAZR. I've spent a bunch of gold on this and now I'm sitting with full energy and can't do any jobs. Smh come on gree!

Seems like just older devices are crashing I assume? I am using Nexus 7 and my game plays fine, no crashing, only issue is the rival profiles showing all zeros for stats.

It seems like at least once a month I'm glad I set this game to be a manual update.

i had same problem ...once i reinstalled i went to menu ...then about it was updating as soon as i tells you to restart ...it should be good...thats how i fixed mine...on a galaxy.exhibit

this is absolutely frustrating.

Gree already has an event that they continue to make it more and more impossible to achieve and gold intensive. And on top of that. Everytime they release some tiny little update, it breaks down completely!!!!!

and who suffers?? the users. And like a bunch of sheeps, we take and we take, putting down more gold to achieve it.


So where is the incentive for Gree to actually test out their updates everytime??? I'm not just mad at Gree, this is getting absolutely ridiculous. Of course we can't say anything, or else it's instant ban.

Same issues here as first 2 posts (HTC One). Not crashing on every action but definitely crashing a lot. Tried deleting & re-installing but that didn't help.

Seems the updates keep getting more & more buggy.

I got both problems. I clicked send report after the crash, also sent a post to the GREE technical support. I think it is a bug for the update. Now I can't do anything!

Play Store > menu > settings > Auto-update apps > Do not auto-update apps > ...put a o in the O.

Now this will be the last time you have this problem. Once a week you can click "update all" when you get home to your WiFi and won't be using your phone for 10 minutes. If it isn't broken then don't let it try to fix it. Check here and only update after they release the fix for the update! Every update is followed immediately by another. This happens Every Update. This isn't new and the fix is easy to do. Nike!

I don't have the crashing issue but I also cannot see the stats of anyone but myself. I am on a Galaxy S2. Makes it really hard to check rivals stats before attacking/robbing them lol. Gotta leave it to Gree though. We should all be used to these faulty updates by now ;-). Hopefully another update will be coming soon to fix this bug.

Come on GREE. I don't understand this. You fix the issue "some" players had with games crashing, but ignore the issue the rest of us have with not being able to see our rivals stats? I was fine with it for awhile, but now it's affecting my gameplay. I just don't understand how something different happens every single time you guys put out a new update? Seriously, what's happening at GREE HQ? Can someone please give us an update? This isn't a passive glitch like the green arrows were, you shouldn't be taking your time with this one.

If this was a ps3 game I'd take it back to the shop, demand a refund, and in all likelyhood receive it. These faults are happening so often know that I am considering asking Gree for a refund for all the gold I've purchased and to call it time on this joke of a game.

yep... I separated a bluestacks install and tested the newest of the newest update and a lot of my rivals stats are completely wrong. ...over 20,000 off in some cases. I'm seeing some players as 80k and then losing robs because they are over 100k. It's sad. Also, when more than 15 buildings' collections come up at one time the game now freezes. Warning: DON'T UPDATE UNTIL THEY FIX THIS! Ok, gtg...time to replace my install with the old copy...

For those people on Android does anyone not have the newsfeed not loading when you start the app it's been like this since version 3.0. I remember when i first started playing as soon as load the game first pop up would newsfeed telling me i won fights?.

It now been almost 6 months they still havn't fixed this?.
