So, what does this message mean? What type of items are best to use when fighting Heidi?

Cant say different tiers I play 2 players one level 125 ome level 62 it says the same beat heidi claus 20 times for madam main forces but it dont give it to you. I beat heidi kluas 20 time received the bunny bomb, now it says beat heidi kluas 30 times to receive the madam main forces. They cannot say tier related on this. If its teir related it should be in the event for which tier you are as to what you get .

Thats a glitch. Beating boss 20X will earn you the Bunny Bomb, 30X will earn you Madam's Prestige (covertable car), 40X ???, 50X will earn you the Madam's Main Force.

I was promised to get the gun to if i defeated boss 20
times.
Because of this nice price i bought gold and defeated
boss but i did not recive item as promised..

This is not usersided misstake so gree should repair the
misstake and pay the reward as described.

Ex. If you should go to the store to buy something and
the item cost 10$ then i really dont think you would
accept to pay 50$ at checkout, the store would be forced
to sell the item as described for 10$ and then correct
their misstake.

Is this a fraud or misstake? Outcome will tell..

I think it depends on how u interpret their message, as confusing as it can be, u can only get the main prize after hitting the boss 50 times, but now u also get two other prizes after hitting the boss at the 20th time & 30th time.
