If you have 30k+ attack and defnse and is low levelled than join us Ratas Del Desierto. They are the sister faction of the almighty CEL a top 150 faction. If you do well in battle you may be promoted to our top 150 faction. The main parts are communication. They made top 4000 easy with 15 players 75% weren't even active. We do not require donations but would like them. With your help maybe top 1500 or 1000 will be easy for these low level players.
