There is only one Tactical Officer Devin. So we shouldn't expect this to be the same without him. I and the others at REG will do our best to fill his shoes, but it's going to be a collaborative effort and information won't be as fast. For those of you who are curious, no boosts on any units unless the last one has a boost - but I see no indication that it does.

I don't know if anyone answered this question in another thread. I don't have the exact answer, but here is a rough idea that may help you with the building reuirements.

I believe the minimum level requirement 32-40 is based on the highest map that the LTQ goes to. This one is about 35.
Therefore the prestige requirements should be at or lower than before

8 Barracks
9 War Factory
9 Air Field
6 Shipyard

and lvl 2 for the advanced unit buildings...

Just an FYI... to complete all the missions available, here are the maximum requirements.

10 Barracks
10 War Factory
10 Air Field
8 Shipyard

5 Elite Training facility
3 Advanced Air
2 Dry Docks

So I worked hard, and as the time for the mission to be completed started to come to a close, I spent a little bit of money buying gold. With the help of the gold, I was able to reset m energy a few times and finally, I won the mission, all 30 of 30 complete! Awesome, I thought! With 20 hours left to spare! Now I can boost my attack and defense very high because of this ship I am about to win. Oh wait, GREE decides to change the rules, and now in 1/4 of the time that it took me to complete this mission, I must now complete 36 more levels!!!! WTF GREE! Way to do a little bait and switch on us all and screw this whole thing up. I sent GREE an email about it 3 days ago, and no one has gotten back to me at all about this issue. I want someone at GREE to answer for this unprofessional and underhanded business practice to try and scam more money out of people.

after that u will have graduated from normal mode & enter prestige. they have 36 levels in there yup.

hope this helps explain a little bit. congratz for u tho cuz i only managed to complete 28 levels w/ 2k energy & German flag. perhaps in future i could have d chance =)
