Madagascar Bonus not working

Adder Transport was advertised at +10% Cash, my IPH stayed the same.

Others in my faction are claiming some of the other bonuses aren't working as well.

Any one else experiencing this?

Appears you need to give them some time to work. Mine shows up properly now (though it did not at first).

Death Adder top 100 prize was advertised 10% air attack... The unit in my inventory says 10% air attack but in my "individual stats" breakdown it appears as only 5% air attack...

Well I'm no math expert but the boost doesn't appear to be working at all for me. Closed and restarted a number of times.

Our faction finished top100 and I had 205k attack. Outside of the indestructible units, everything I have is air (830 B52s, 420 Super Hornets, 110 Harriers, 84 Pavelows etc.). My attack went up 10k after the war. I can't remember all the units from 100,250,500,1000,1500,4000 but they should be over 6-7k raw stats. So I only got 3k boost from my air unit? I should have got about 10,000 attack just from that one unit boost. When I upgrade my hanger (2%), I get somewhere around 2000 attack I believe.

Opened/closed several times, and certainly it does not appear that the 10% cash bonus is not working. IPH remained the same, and actual cash collects have not changed either.
