Hackers, Why Report them???????

8 days ago i reported a faction of hackers.
not just one, no,

the whole faction where hackers, with lead soldiers, grom troopers, well you know the drill
sent all the info, with alot of screenshots to support desk.
today i got the answer.

anybody wants to make a guess????

If I were you I would PM CJ with the ticket and ask for status. Yes we have all reported hackers many times and it is frustrating when you see the same person weeks later still playing. There should be no excuse if you provide good evidence. What gets me is we play and the Rival DL's are often hackers. Some who have been reported before. Again no excuse, we are reporting them again and if we get pushed out of a top prizes with factions listed we know who have hackers, the results should be changed. Sorry but that isn't fair to all that are playing. I've got mixed feelings about if the entire faction should be disqualified, definitely not banned unless they know and participate. Who knows if you have a hacker/cheat in your ranks. Some are obvious while others are impossible to tell.

But IMO if say a faction places 250 and reports come in that 100 of the top 250 faction had verified hackers in them, that the 150 prize be extended to the top 250 instead down the line. Gree knows who the hackers they ban, they also know which factions they were in and where it placed. Problem is I think at times I think 3 out of 4 top factions have hackers and cheaters even if they don't know it. If Gree was honest they would just be giving out all the same prizes to the top 3000 who participated. LOL

You are missing the point..many of these factions are spending real money to try to get better placement at the finish..so what if they change the final placements around and give out virtual prizes they are still lining their pockets from the hackers. It's like baseball was in the 90's after the strike..everyone knew the players were juiced as they went for the homerun records but why do anything about it when it was putting people in the stands?

Gree knows who the hackers they ban, they also know which factions they were in and where it placed.

Your mistake is in thinking that Gree really cares about this. They DO care, but not in the way you think. They've known about this and done virtually nothing to stop it because it drives in-game gold sales. Don't hold your breath waiting for Gree to come to the rescue- they're happy to have things work this way.

If Gree wants to ban me from here and/or from the game, that's fine with me.

I've reported hackers and hactions in previous WDs, GREE has known about them for months and they still exist. I know some have got about 50 different reports in on them. Yet they are still around.

To stay constructive, this is one area that GREE really need to improve on and they need to put in place new transparent processes without revealing personal information as well as rewarding players who correctly report said violators. As it stands, it will not do, so buck up your ideas. The sooner, the better as like quite a number of players, I am not willing to spend any more money on this game. If you can't fix the holes, have a better process to remove these players. GREE promised a statement on this issue and I am still waiting...

I Have also came across a similar issue. A member of a top 5 faction with 5 mig 250 units, 5 p-91 pounders and multiple other similar units. Then during WD on Sunday they already had 3 of the stratovarus planes the top 10 unit for Madagascar and the WD event still had 20 hours left. Sad part is this player has been reported multiple times over the last 2 months for the migs alone, I was stunned when I found out what faction they were in.

They get away with it because they are shills. They dont get banned, dont get disqualified because they are fed free gold. Yeah thats right. Level 221 got 5 MIG only rewarded to lv 250 players. She even got the top reward, 2 of them on Sunday night! See how they can access the server? But you folks are not in top 3 so sorry for you if you get banned and they dont.

So frustrating when you see teams banned and WD rankings adjusted for teams having hackers until its a top 5 team especially when gree was made aware of this player before the event started by multiple players. Instead gree makes a bigger profit while this team only runs the WD scores up causing teams to spend more trying to catch them. I think ill ask gree for a refund on my gold since I reported this player well before WD as I came across her and her hacked units before WD and reported it only to find out that the scores were once again ran up by a top team with hackers.

OK I will most likely get banned for this but right now I don't care I have spent money on this game will not spend another dime Gree you are harboring these hackers and it is rediculous. I reported this faction in Colombia and now I see they have finished 111 in Madagascar and currently in the top 100 for the faction vs faction event, this really pisses me off when they are cheating right in front of your noses and you do nothing about it and I already know I'm not the only one to report them Santa's Little Helpers are bunch of cheats all the way to the top the leader of the faction has to place some one as the DL so that's means he/she know they are cheats with that said you ban the hole faction delete them, never existed that is how deal with cheats. Quit tip toeing around this and do something about. Oh and CJ54 don't tell people to contact you so you can look into it if you aren't going to do anything about it either that or start reading you pm's for a change

I don't think anybody would be so stupid to even notice that he's a hacker. I guess that gut must be REALLY REALLY rich. SSGN and Spetsnaz were one of the old units that coated gold.
