War declared screen Frozen! Moderator help please?

For nearly 24hr now, our faction 'war declared' screen has been frozen .

We have sent in tickets to support , hasnt been a week yet , so no reply .I would really appreciate a PM from a moderator explaining the issue.

Yup... Our faction is stuck on the same screen. Tickets submitted, still no response 18 hours later....
Lost our position from around 750 to under 1,000... And dropping!
Now how are our teams going to be compensated for our lost time and whatever gold players just wasted in these stuck factions?
I'll take some unit's with some bonuses for my entire team: 3 buildings upgrading at once, genuine stackable health, energy and raid payouts, etc, replaced lost gold, $10,000,000,000 to the faction bank.... And an all expenses paid trip to Gree's service HQ for my entire faction!
That would be fair for the continual headaches this game is starting to cause...

Still frozen , and no word from anybody .

We can not declare war , we have fallen from around 100 to outside of 250, even of it is fixed now we will not be able to finish top 100 as we have before.

I would be happy to give a moderator our faction ID and any other info , if they would please PM me

Ok, so 30+ hours now, still says 'War is Declared' , we can not do anything .

Our faction also is having the same problem!The declared war screen was frozen since 3 to 4 pm PST today. Multiple ticket sent but no response nor recovery. Our faction spent quite a few of gold and was in striking range of top 250. Now we are not only going to get out of top 500 or worse until the end of the battle, but also we spent real money to buy gold to fight. Please response immediately with corrective actions or resolution. My ID is 255-867-027. Gree can use this to find my faction.

Morning bump in hopes gree wi open their eyes to this. We were also fighting for top 250 and now are sitting in top 750 with the screen still frozen.

If somebody would adress the issue I wouldn't be so upset , but it looks like I will have to contact apple for anything to be done.

Wow, that is just brutal. Very thankful this did not happen to us. Gree, you have to have some kind of batphone for teams having in-battle issues. This is totally unfair.

Now 2 hrs before the battle stop, we are still under the "frozen" mode. And of course, we are out side the 750 now, after not able to battle for almost 24 hrs. All the gold spent previously were gone for meaningless, and wasted.

Wow. Can't believe with the moderators that I saw on during this time that none of them have responded to this in any way. Just wow.

Agreed. Why should I be spending my money in an attempt to get higher rankings when I just get screwed out of them in the end? Not that they care, but this incident just cost them any future spending I may have put towards the game.

Lol , after two days of being frozen it has finally been fixed, with 10 minutes to go!

Any word from a moderator would be much appreciated !

Yup, we were out for the duration once that screen popped up. Most of my team sent in tickets to address the issue... 2 days of no battling stuck in "Declared" mode. We got NO response, No service... NOTHING.

The problem is that Gree does NOT have the necessary staff to handle problems. Especially when the employees there are spending too much time pretending to be real factions, and with access to all the gold they need, they can just sit and play all day keeping themselves in the top spots and making the rest of chase that fool's gold coloured rainbow trying to catch up!

So because they are so busy in make-believe-faction-land, they can't deal with real service issues for all the problems they have created with the game. I mean, not ONE freakin response.

This is becoming ridiculous.

I wonder what their response will be and what they are going to do to make it up to us.

From reading a lot of posts on here, it's most likely NOTHING will be done. I'm sad, because, up till a month ago, I was really enjoying this game.

Now it's becoming a headache to play. It's frustrating going after things in this game, only to end up unsatisfied with the results because things aren't working the way they should be.

Sad. Very sad.

I say we send them to the corner for a time out!

I'm willing to bet nothing will happen. Eventually this post will be swept away by other posts, and never get a reply from a moderator. All the tickets sent from in game will probably get the "are you still experiencing this problem?" reply. The least they SHOULD do is give every faction that has evidence of the glitch the prize for the rank above what they got due to the glitch, but I won't be holding my breathe.

The samething happened to my faction on Saturday at 8:30 am est we were 73, 6 hours later when we were finally able to fight again we dropped to 111. We never really recovered,finished 103. Gree did respond the same day was told to delete and reinstall app while they worked to resolve the issue. Never did get an explanation as to what happen or whapt type of compensation we would receive.

The most upsetting part is we have not had any contact with anybody at all.

We got screwed over pretty bad, and I feel like they just don't care!

About the declared screen frozen issue happened to me and my faction. I got an email from Gree saying that my ticket has been closed....below is exacely what they wrote to me:

"Thank you for the message. I apologize for any inconvenience caused. All the prizes for the tournament have been delivered. We wish you luck in future tournaments and events."

I just cannot believe it! Wish me luck? Oh my god... Bad service and wrong attitude!!!

Oh goodie. I've always wanted a game where I could dump money into and get jacked in return. Funny how no top factions had any issues....

Faction Australia's screen is also stuck on the 'war declared' screen! Seriously...I have lost fights this entire war where I've been over 70k higher with over 160 attack skill points...over 150 losses I should have won easy! NOW THIS? Gree get your bugs fixed already...compensation is in order! This is noob stuff here...find out how to do math and hire someone who KNOWS how to program! If we loose our rank you've lost a customer!
