I have a camping guild that is maxed on building time and cost. I am looking for a fighting guild that my members and perhaps your members can transfer between as the need arises.
The benefit of camping is to build economy to better your chances of purchasing good units and buildings to have a fighting chance when the time comes. There are times when your members may not be able to contribute to one of the battles. You might as well keep that slot open for one of my guys willing to fight at that time. No need to give up good people for a change in gaming style.
