I have the problem that I don't get my bonuses from my faction... is there a trick to try to get them? At a rough estimate its over 15k att and 20k def that are missing and this is quite a lot
I also wrote a ticket but just got an apologize for the long time and if I have still the problem I should answer to this mail. I did this but never heard something new for about 2 weeks now...
So maybe a responsible person reads this post and can help or other player have some good advises for me

I think their official answer will be that your stats appear accurate to everyone else, and when you battle, they should be giving off the appropriate numbers whether it shows up for you or not. Ask someone in your faction to check your stats. compare numbers. Attack a few times, compare numbers. Stuff like that.

So you mean it is just a wrong number that is written but in real they are right?
But if I attack someone that is stronger I lose so I can't imagine that there is just a wrong number written
