Tournament point bug

I had a player showing 0 tournament points but highly ranked.

Well yes i have, but not that high. I've seen a few at between 300-500 but that high is insane.

I see it happen all the time near the beginning of tournaments... I think they may be using the person's rank from previous tourney in the case they have no points yet? Not sure...

I just had another one... level 1 player "stas" with zero tournament points was ranked #49 (and showed up on my fight list). I like an easy win as well as the next person, but that was a bit ridiculous.

It is not a bug, it happens all the time when a new event begins. The rank is that person's rank from last event. The way this works I think is that the system loads a list of players the time you connect to it, then you will have a list ,say 20 players with their rankings at the time you connect to the server, so if the event ends and you enter into a new event, it is likely that the players ranked 47 with 0 points are a player from the list you fight last time you connect to the server. If you exit the game and kill it, then reopen it I doubt it will happen again.

The revenge battle might be resolved if you do the above. Hope this helps!

It is not a bug, it happens all the time when a new event begins.

That doesn't explain how I got the level 1 player with zero points at rank #49 Friday night, when I'd already been playing in the tournament for over a day and had it refresh multiple times.

How does he finish in the last tourney or any tourney for that matter at #49 when he's level 1?:confused:
