They should really have multiple support addresses in place.

Billing support (should receive highest priority to keep customers happy)
Community support for reporting hackers, player abuse (players posting racist and vulgar remarks on peoples walls), etc. (medium to high priority)
General support (standard and lowest priority)

The best is when you run across a lvl 50 player, that isn't even max allies for his level, and the def leader for your top 25 faction can't beat him.

I don't understand why we can't just put cheating hacking factions on blast let them be outed. they cheat we should know who it is so we don't waste the gold to hit them.

More importantly let's look at it in terms of their ToS as a contract. If the hackers if breaching it, how is GREE still beholden to it and unable to post information? Maybe sirius can answer this: since the privacy policy is a portion of the ToS, and hackers are violating and nullifying it through hacking, why does it still apply?
