Is there a Hero mob attack damage cap?

So, I am a L119. My Hero STRENGTH skill score is 135. Hero weapon attack is 87 and Hero Armor attack is 44 for a total of 266. My average attack is about 200 which hasn't increased for the past few levels. is there a point where the Hero attack DAMAGE against Mobs is maxed and therefore adding hero STRENGTH skill points is a waste? Thanks.

Adding to Hero Strength is not a waste. And, I don't expect it to be anytime soon.
