Or is it simply a case of waiting 2 weeks. and then getting an Email,to say weve sorted your issues......umm you've not.

2 weeks is probably the minimum you should expect. After 3 weeks you'll get an automated response because they haven't looked at it. Just respond to that email that "The problem isn't solved, yet" and you should get it closed in another week.

I reported a guy for having three copies of about 4 different buildings. Waited 3 weeks and got an automated "Is this problem resolved yet?" Said no. Next day I see the guy's hood has had almost all of its buildings deleted. Customer Service Win!
