just few requirements:

at least 100k atk and def for gold users or 200k if you dont use gold, need to reach a minimum ip level of 30-40k

Hi I'm level 117. My Att is 740k defence 780k. Was with comedy killers (top 50) for 2 wars. Scored high and mid 30k ip. I had to leave comedy killers as i was not on groupme which was a must for them, joined a top 150 team and only scored 27k ip as I missed over a day of battle. Looking to get back to a bigger syn. Can guarantee At LEAST 35k ip next war for you and be active in every event
