There is little sympathy or understanding of the animosity they generated. Gree has a great product, but they cut their nose to spite their face. They have little to know understanding of customer retention and/or how to keep their customers happy. It is understandable that they will go through growing pains, but they could easily minimize the pain that their customers are subjected to....but they have made a conscience decision not to.
