Haven't Received any Gems Please Help

Hi, my girlfriend plays knights and dragons for the past few weeks. She's an android user and she hasn't been able to receive gems for her accomplishments. For example she has received a bronze medal in the arena numerous times and have not received a single gem. She also doesn't receive a gem when it clearly states she got one for leveling or the free offers. She only receives a few gems for quests. Her code is WBB BMH FDN. Please help she's been frustrated as she should have had at least 50 gems within the last 2 weeks.

firstly make sure the game is fully updated, there in constantly updates being released to fix issues with this game, and don't forget it is just a beta game on android right now therefor is going to take time before it's up to par with iOS version

my girlfriend also plays on android, no complaints from not receiving gems, she also got bronze in the last arean torny and she got the gems. seems to be an isolated case, i would contact gree support or uninstall and reinstall.
