Not getting daily awards

Anyone else not getting daily awards? I haven't gotten them in a week. GREE said to completely shut down the app which did nothing for me.

I wont get any rewards if I don't log in btw 11ppm-1am Singapore time. Havent nail it down yet.

If I login in lets say in the morning 7am, I don't get the rewards prompt. However if I am playing the game during those times, I will get the rewards..

Pretty hit or miss for me as well. If I don't remember to shut down the app before midnight I don't seem to get the daily reward :(

Didnt get my daily rewards today as well... Plus epic boss reward.. I shut down my app & started it up & still nothing. But my level 11 account got the rewards... This is weird...
