So I bought the building. It's done being built yet I've gotten no prize for it. This happen to anyone else? Really annoying... Seems like I have something new to send a ticket over every week.

I the first one is already built. It's getting upgraded to level 2. I have a new one building now. I didn't get the melee item "passions party favor" Like you are supposed to when your toy box gets built.

Thanks for the advice. No splash screen and I tried logging our and back in. Nothing. Stats didn't change and checked my whole inventory 3 times over. Never had this problem with the ltq buildings before.

Stupid question but did you look in your inventory(melee) for it?
If you didn't use gold to finish it you might of missed the splash screen with the prize.
If you were't around to witnessed it finish then you will not see it.

Lol. That's not a stupid question but yah. I checked my whole inventory. Also checked my melee section like 8 times. And my stats did not go up at all so I'm sure I don't have it. I didn't use gold but I did watch it countdown and no splash screen.

Having the same problem and I saw the splash screen as I was ready to upgrade immediately.

So did you upgrade immediately? Perhaps that's the problem. Maybe I upgraded it too fast. Still toy shouldn't not get the item for that.

Alex I did check that. One of the first things I checked. Not there either. I just simply never got the item. Hopefully a ticket will solve this if they ever answer it. Not gonna hold my breathe tho. I already got another ticket active from months ago for another prize they did not give me.

Well i just check my inventory it's there under the melee section :) i am on android :)

I don't know maybe switch off your phone and turn it back on and than try loading the game look carefully if you 100+ items in your inventory it likely that item is probably there. My inventory is so full i have 1000+ items it takes me few minutes check for new items.

I am not anal like most player because i trust item is in my inventory but when in doubt i double check .

I already sent in a ticket. Positive that it is not in my inventory. Triple checked. It's also not in the list of my items when I rob or attack. I have a feeling I upgraded my building to fast after it finished. Maybe I should of gave it 30 seconds. Regardless I should have it.

I get a pop-up about 'time to get back to the game of robbing and stealing' when i try to build the 2nd Toy Box.
Result: i can't start building the second. No one else has this problem? It also costs me some 2 million extra because i then have to re-bank my money again.

Forget it, it's finally started now. And thanx for the extra 10% of $35mille i lost on every previous try...

There is a fine line between 10% loss to bank or take chances of being attacked and loosing 300k.

You meant to upgrade to max aswel as building it to get reward
