Earning the level 50 boss reward over and over

I just finished the level 50 boss for the first time and after finishing it you can still trigger the level 50 boss to appear again so I was wondering if I could receive the reward for beating the level 50 again in this case getting a second grand devastator.

Not the grand devastator, just the normal, common, uncommon or rare items.
It is worth doing if you are powerful enough to beat the boss for free or with just a little cash, especially if you get a good amount of rare units.

Thank you, defeating the last boss took a med kit so probably won't bother beating him again.
