There are 268 winners (a 37 way tie for the last rank) and the cut off was 34 rifles.

Please keep in mind that the event ends EXACTLY when the timer runs out. If you keep the window open and open a box a second later than that, it is NOT counted.

I mean, I don't care either way since this doesn't affect me me as I'll never have 391+ case opens, but what do you mean by "if it becomes a problem"? I agree that it's fair to give people who tie for 25th or for 250th the prize, but I would suspect that 1st and 2nd were hardly competing.

There are no tiebreaker rules. If people tie for the number that would get a prize, both those people get a prize. This has happened a couple of times over in Modern War. EDIT: It's been awhile, though, and A&F was correct that it has never happened in Crime City before (first time for everything, though).

Have you even thought how hard that would be, to have 5 players at the top?

The winning number would have to be very close to the top 10 numbers and if you were that close how could you get an "outsider" to stop and thus share the prize. Especially if the event players belonged to different syndicates

One thing I have found to be very helpful and I believe speeds up the response is when I put the point of the problem in the subject line. Ie: problem, prize not awarded after smuggler Crate event. That way the ticket problem can be quickly identified and forwarded to the appropriate support person.

Hi tam, I am on a droid and when I choose to contact customer support I get a window to post my message then when I choose done it gives me an email choice of email or gmail. Once I make that selection it just sends it and I get an automated reply that my request was received. I don't have an option to put anything in the subject line. thanks for your support and interest with my issue.

Well, Im sending a reply every day some times twice a day. Still no word. Maybe gree should stop the events and battles until they catch up with support. Maybe higher another support person.

Still no response. Gree customer support has really gone down hill. It wasn't all that long ago you could get a question answered on how a specific aspect of the game worked with in a few hours. Issues were addressed quickly. I would say after all the time I have waited and received nothing but an automated response is pathetic support. I'm done buying gold. Why should you buy gold if you don't get the prize.
