We are a pretty chill group and as long as you are good at either donating or good at battle you will be secure in our group. (I prefer you be good at both but will settle for one or the other)
I rarely boot players from my syndicate. We are everyday players but understand that this is a game and life happens and have excused members from participating in battles when they have to go on vacation etc without worrying about being booted.
My team rarely sees any defections due to our chill and family atmosphere.
