I am now able to connect as of 7:30 p.m. US east coast time. Luckily I didn't spend any money on this event ... yet. But many others did and they lost in-game money as well as gold, which is REAL money. And we all lost an hour or so of game time, which equates to one less boss that we could have all beaten, not to mention whatever else everyone was working on.
GREE - What compensation will you be giving us in the name of good customer service? Something more than "Oh we're sorry" I hope. This is how your company can easily stand out from the rest --- not only make everyone whole again, but give us all something EXTRA. Nobody does that. But it's the best PR you can possibly do.
I'm waiting to see what you will do. I honestly expect absolutely nothing, just like every other gaming company out there who shows no respect for their customers, and especially their paying customers (I do buy gold). So let's see if you can do better.
