I am now able to connect as of 7:30 p.m. US east coast time. Luckily I didn't spend any money on this event ... yet. But many others did and they lost in-game money as well as gold, which is REAL money. And we all lost an hour or so of game time, which equates to one less boss that we could have all beaten, not to mention whatever else everyone was working on.

GREE - What compensation will you be giving us in the name of good customer service? Something more than "Oh we're sorry" I hope. This is how your company can easily stand out from the rest --- not only make everyone whole again, but give us all something EXTRA. Nobody does that. But it's the best PR you can possibly do.

I'm waiting to see what you will do. I honestly expect absolutely nothing, just like every other gaming company out there who shows no respect for their customers, and especially their paying customers (I do buy gold). So let's see if you can do better.

It's apparently 6 hours into the new LTQ, I haven't been able to get on for the last 5 hours and now that I finally got on there's no new event or anything and somehow in "money buildings" I can see the currah engernering corp but no picture. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah gree not fair I spent 99.99 on gold and now? Server crash, lose all my gold plus $100 give us some reimbursement. Say 75 gold, a unit, and some cash would be nice.

Yah, this is probably good expectations. I was 15m away from killing a boss that I leveled in the middle of the fight and there was 20m left. That's unfortunate for me, but I suspect that nothing will be given back. I guess I could open a ticket for my expense for the hits. (like 20 hits at 300k)

Compensation for an hour of down time?
If it was a day or more then I'd say yes and expect an event extension and some form of compensation, but 1 hour really isn't that much.
