Luckily I didn't spend any money (in-game or real) on this boss, but was just one hit from taking him out. Excellent timing.

Good customer service says to reimburse your customers, make them whole, AND THEN SOME. Let's see how GREE does this time.

So, two guys in a lift, one a GREE technical expert, the other a design engineer for a well known car company. Pleasantries are exchanged including their line of work.
GREE guy says, if we designed cars, they would only cost 500 bucks and you would get 1000 mpg
Design engineer says, if GREE built cars;
1. For no reason at all, the car would crash at least twice a day
2. Occasionally and for no reason, the car would lock you out and refuse to let you in unless you grab the door handle, turn the key and pop the trunk all at once
3. Sometimes, when simply turning left, your car would shut down and refuse to start unless you reinstall the engine
4. The Satnav would give you directions for 90% of your journey, but would demand additional 'fuel' before giving up the final 10%

Oh to live in a world without technology or cars! And heaven forbid they ever start combining the two, then we're really screwed!

If you're going to have limited time events requiring spending of real money to complete, it'd be nice if the clock was stopped at the time the server crashed and restarted when its back up, rather than quietly ticking in the background while we're denied access. A. Refund of the gold/dollars spent on the boss that got away because of the time lost on the server outage would be nice as well.

GREE does nit have to make up for everything that goes wrong. It sucks but we can't do anything about it. CJ is doing his best to get information as fast as he can. People keep complaining which slows down the process slightly.
