They still have to decide which units with bonuses associated with to put in the LTQ and that they don't want it to work... So people will think there is good units to have and they will waste their gold (real money) for crap units...

What if they gave 100 gold as compensation for their mess-up so that we can do better in the LTQ?

If i had to guess, and as i DO NOT work for GREE guessing is all i can really do...

it is a weekend, a holiday weekend to boot. their staff is running on a skeleton crew. the skeletons DO NOT know how to start the event.

so, they are probably trying to reach the folks that do, AND they are being unsuccessful in their LIMITED TIME QUEST! :)

I don't care about 100 gold, I want my +2 regen bonus and my -20% health time regen to work!!! These bonuses value is much more than 100 gold. They should give us at leat 1000 Gold... I'm in total agreement! I, too, would enjoy the game more if the regenerative items given performed as 'indicated'. Personally, I just don't understand why a game such as Modern War, that is played by so many so often, isn't supported/designed/troubleshooted/fixed/repaired or otherwise - simply - sufficiently QA/QC'd.

This is disappointing. Understandably it is a holiday, so maybe they are closed. But scripts can be run without anyone to push a "start" button. Essentially they are pre-programmed to start on their own at a predetermined time. This, however, is unacceptable by gaming standards and morals. If they say they will release something at a certain time, then they should. I won't fault them too hard, however. We don't know what's going on, so the best we can do is sit and wait.

And drink liquor.

And burn stuff.

It seem more and more that the missing schedule is not a calendar issue, but rather some software immaturity that Gree is not ready to acknowledge.
As a software engineer I often see such excuses when the deadline is over, but the software is just not ready yet...
