How much xp is gained for BOTH hits and what is the level requirement?

112 xp. I think that may be per hit. I didn't try it yet. So potentially 224xp

it's good for HLP to gain 200K (on average) per 2 hours, but for LLP the 112xp is just a DISASTER. for about Lv50 LLPs, 112xp without complete any goals generally can raid/atk about 2M.
