im just wondering , What is Elite Mode in LTQ Events .Sorry 4 noob Question :D:D:D:D

you have to complete all jobs/missions once and then do them again. the second time around is called elite mode.

You can read this (http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?55444-The-Italian-Jab-Goal-and-Reward-List) thread for an in-depth look. I believe page 10 has the extra 4 stages required in elite mode, with full details of energy, etc.

ahhh.. you mean , after i completed 40 quest (for example italian jab) i will go to Elite Mode which is my 41st Quest ? is that right ?

Yes, but it will show as "Elite Italian Jab" 1/44.
