Raised a ticket for a misclick which deleted the wrong building, had the usual acknowledgement email which I replied to immediately, then a response confirming my issue within 2 days and today it was resolved.
Total time from raise to solve - less than 10 days, with a real world person.

Not sure if I can name the person but A.F did an awesome job! 10/10 from me :) keep up the excellent work!

Well if you want make us happy could you talk developers & management

1) Make sure all the events are even spread out and no overlapping so war is done on monthly basis not ever 11 days
2) Make sure there will be a boss event next time which i know you mentioned hasn't disappeared but you were vague
3) When will we get answers to the feedback topic in the announcement section ?

When you have time you could get some goodwill if you could do Q & A topic where forum members could ask you question for 1 hour assuming you are up for it but there's no pressure but last time someone did this was CJ when first introduced himself. This one-off situation we wouldn't expect you do this regular basis.

Glad to here somebody was treated well. The ticket I sent about my "misclick" which cost me almost 400 gold was at first ingnored with their standard response. And when I persisted was told they would not be able to refund it. My spending on gree games days are over.

I had misclick happen to me, too. Was in the process of upgrading a building, then I misclicked and clicked the red instant upgrade which cost me 100 gold. I have also misclicked in a case event when I was suppose to click open with money but I double tapped and ended up clicking the reset timer button. Just an idea, Why doesn't GREE add an confirm button to minimize misclicking?

I lost a building my 4 year old deleted more than a month ago and never got it back. By the way, it was a level 10 frosty hideout!

I am usually happy with thier support team but over a month? C'mon!
