I've had 7 spots open for the better part of a month now. Why? Because I refuse to fill them with just anybody. I'm looking for dedicated, team players with decent stats for the level they are at. I would prefer level 50 and above, but have taken on lower players who have demonstrated they have their act together.
Ideally, I would love to bring in 7-9 players from a faction that consistently finishes between 1000- 1500, but can't seem to get over the hump.
Either way, we are a strong team....especially where it counts; we support each other, communicate well and fight hard.
