What did new data set do?

The game was down for iOS users for about 15min if you guys don't know yet and gree has claimed it is because of a new update or dataset that caused the problem. I was wondering if anyone knows what the new dataset did. I don't see any new LE buildings or any new things. If you have any info please share.

My iphone 4 had an update, just said iphone 5 bug fixes but my iphone 5 hasnt got an app update yet
