When are the green arrows gonna be gone?

All my buildings have green arrows. There are no jobs for them. Very aggravating. When am I going to get my 25k attack weapon for having to put up with this for 3 days now?
When is it going to be fixed?

A quick fix/workaround, if you sell your buildings, the arrows will go away. 100% works.
