So my game says that the Collect Smuggler's Crates event is in progress, yet i see no crates...

Don't know why but can't seem to access crate event,meaning I can only see progress mark. Did a couple of jobs yet can't collect any crates. There's no event info either. Is there min level requirement? As far as I know there is no minimum level requirement for this crate events.

open crate events usually has minimum requirement (level 10)

Now here is a story of great customer service. I ordered a speaker from an unnamed source. After 3 days I get a call from unnamed company telling me that due to a server error on their end they were out of stock when I ordered my speaker. I was a little mad at this point. After explaining to the customer service rep that I needed this speaker for a tournament within the next two weeks. Without skipping a beat the customer service rep I was talking to came up with a solution. He said that his company will buy the speaker from another source and have it delivered to me. I asked about price difference and he said I will be charged the original amount agreed upon when I first placed the order. The next day I recieved an email with tracking information on this item coming from a different source. That is customer service not what gree gives us

Gree is japanese right?? What happened to committing Seppuku?

Now if this were a brand new event, I can at least justify delay. but this is a CRATE event, the same bloody thing they've done every 11 days.

I would think the crates are the 2nd biggest money earners for them. Many, many people drop plenty of gold if the modifier is attractive.

i can see Gree's logic.

if the event is only 1 day, more people will spend gold to get the 10th. So why not instead of 5 days, delay for a day or 2 or 3 or 4... Make it 1 day event and forces EVERYONE to use gold.

Assuming its an open 10 instead of an open 20. If they want max gold usage they'd run an open 20, and leave it up for the whole inter-war period.

I manually updated game and now green upgrade arrows are on ALL my buildings! I'm also having problems with traveling to rivals. The screen freezes and forced to reboot game.
