Sirius, thank your for the update. I tested the gem purchase and it is working; however, it did not give me the gems I paid for in April when the download stopped working. How do I reclaim those gems?

Please contact support and provide them with a screen shot of your receipt/purchase history showing the purchase. Once they have that, they should be able to credit you with the purchase pronto.

When you log out of they system and then come back in you will see the gems credited to your account. For some reason it will give you the first one instantly, the rest get credited once you reopen the game. At least that has been my experience.

Why not announce that you've fixed all the issues and bugs that have existed since you took over the game GREE? The hacks are still working by the way. Why not fix them?

A player has over 400 units from a single boss event. With his stats at 200k A/D, he spent 600k gems to achieve this. These gems were not bought. He also has done some other stuff which I won't go into because he's getting away with it so far and I want to enjoy the benefits of these hacks for a little longer.

If you really want to do something about hackers, employ someone to hunt them down. Hey, I'd do it for free. But I would have to report myself after I've reported them. :D

Update on the "earn free gems" tab. I stand corrected. Watched a few vides this evening, finally new ones too, and there was no gem payout. Been a few hours with many log in/out sessions and still no payout. Either it was a fluke which we so t know for sure with the new gem sale or it is indeed busted once again.

Is this some sort of joke Sirius ? Surely there have numerous reports about this ! You provide an update and yet the No#1 priority posted by CJ54 on this sort of activity is still no fixed ! He is laughing in your face whilst doing this, I'm glad I no longer participate Ingame but occasionally read the forum, this is the main reason for my departure!
Your people should be able to spot these player from a mile off, when is something going to be done, I appreciate the update for gem purchases being fixed not that I ever had issues with that , got out before it was that bad, but in reply to the post, why should the players buy gems when they can just do the same, harsh as it is, it need fixing , you should not have to ask for him to report this , Gree should know this !
I think about coming back from time to time and all I read about is hack this hack that, CJ54 was trying to appease players but nothing from Gree eventuated ?? And still nothing is done, updates are good but we need updates on trying to make the game what it was with out these type of people, please listen to them and try (I did say try) and be as open and clear on Gree's position what's being done to Kurb this...... Regarding the "watch trailer to gain a free gem" option, why some players, like me, don't have it and never had it? Instead, we have a list of actions/subscriptions to perform (99% of them NOT free) to get "free" gems. It's not the main reason why the game is unbalanced, but I don't see why some players can easily get some free gems (besides the hack issue), while other can't.

In reality it is not against the law what he is doing becouse it is not actually hacking he is abusing a bug.
Real hacking is when you intrude into another persons network/servers//personal computer.

I personally think the guy is full of it he claims to be one but with those stats does not seem like one.
But he might not care about his stats like a good portion of the game and spend it on economy buildings and insta
finishs.

I've never played a game that didn't have botters script kiddys cheaters etc in them.
Warcraft runescape etc all have major cheater problems that can never be stopped.
No matter what you fix etc there will allways be a loop hole.

You guys want them banned but what's the point if the bug/glitch is still there. You say ban ip/device but that does not work Microsoft found that out when banned consoles still play online. Then ip addresses are a joke my 5 year old niece knows how to proxy hide ip.

Stop complaining about banning people and send support detailed info on these bugs/glitches there abusing.

And no he is not using a bug to hack,he is tempering with ilegal programs to enter and change program,that is a crime..And if police can knock on door because downloading a ilegal movie it can come and because of hacking!

Of all the problems with the game that have been reported, of all the "feedback" that as recently been given at the request of GREE...the one thing they decide to bother fixing is the one thing that is costing them money, and will increase revenue further...not gaming experience for the end users.

How about a little update on this update Sirius ? We are not asking for much, I see so many players and myself included that have reported these players and yet they still play take OUR hard earned game gold , costing us more to get to where we should be, and for what to fill their pockets more !
I am sure Gree want more return on their part ...what about the players? What do we get ? Shunned put in the corner , placed in a dark box, give YOUR players some information , be open with them!
So many players have the same Plea, some don't and we know why!
I used to spend between 500-750 per month cause I enjoyed the game then I started seeing more and more devious players so I stopped spending, then I stopped playing, but am still passionate about the game and my friends, please fix these loopholes/Hacks and you will see the "Old Players " come back, it was fun and joyfull back then but now it's a dismal shadow of what could have been.

Since the update I have not been able to transfer the game between devices. Had no problems prior to installing the update.

This update is a joke, it fixes one thing but breaks another. The gem issue may have been fixed but now you are no longer allowed to transfer your game between devices: IPAD > IPHONE, IPHONE > IPHONE, IPHONE > IPAD. If it helps your bumbling dev team out the issue is from the original device that you are setting as OLD, it does not send info out to your servers that you want to transfer out to a new device. Therefore when you try to transfer onto a new device it states "No old account associated with your Funzio ID, please set an old device". If this new update doesn't convince people that all you care about is $ than I don't know what would.

Sirius, since GREE is determine to squash out hackers, may I suggest that a separate support email contact be created at the support tab. This will help GREE to filters out tons of reports everyday and let your "dedicated specialist" to look at the reports pronto. a feedback to the reporters that the hackers had been deal with will be much appreciated.
Probably a nice pad on the back with a few free gems would be a wonderful icing on the cake! 😊
