After a slight taunt, this guy actually had the audacity to offer to "help" me out. LOL. Pass.

Surely you've run into something like this. Feel free to add or ignore as you see fit.

it's not blocked for me and just these few screenshots alone show 5 buildings being built at the same time. 3 are side by side in one shot, so not likely screenshots from a stalker taken days apart.

Makes you wonder if he glitched land improvement. Otherwise, the glitch hits a road block when you don't have land left.
