I have restarted my phone as full of junk data and went into my apps and down loaded crime city but its started at the very begining if im a new player can any body help i spent hundreds of hours getting to where i was regards mark

Hey, sorry to hear about your game! Send in a ticket in game to support with your old mafia code, and the new one that you have now and don't want. They'll get you solid.

I just got a new phone due to my old one breaking. Its the new Galaxy and my other was Android too. I installed CC and my old game is GONE!!! I did write down my other players number from old fone and have syndicate number. I worked SOOO HARD on that game...is there ANY HOPE???

I have been advised to send a ticket to support with your mafia code and mafia name. Im still waiting and been told it could be two weeks or more before its sorted. (you need to download crime city again to send for help in the support section) good luck.

Have the following problem.
I have loaded my Crime city account with the programm "BlueStacks App player for Windows" on my Pc because I had to give my HTC One X in Reperatur and now I cannot load it any more back on the mobile phone.
I have the a lot of time pure-put.
i´m leader of a Syndicate and have lvl 170 with ca. 85000 Atk and ca. 97000 def
please help me

Everyone...register a funzio I.d. code...always prep for a lost phone. I lost my guy once and it sucked...now I go out...set up old device and if I lose my phone I go home and upload my character on the new device. Its awesome guys. Happy hurting.

I've done all that and been waiting 2 weeks and missing events I need to improve my player

Common problem, tends to happen during restores with fresh data if u download cc before you synch it back with itunes

You could try resynching with itunes and see if that works. otherwise, its the waiting game :(
