Covert Jet Fighter Not Working

I already had +1 energy regen which brought me to +4

just got the covert jet fighter which should make my total +6.

but still showing +4. anyone else noticing this?

Just so I got it straight, it DOES stack?

i don't know if it stacks as i did not have it before.

but it does 'stack' on other multipliers.

If you have that EXACT same unit, it will NOT stack. If it is a similar unit, it WILL stack.
