So is gree going to do anything about the non-stacking units? I spent gold to get through these missions, if their not going to do something to make this right, then I for one will stop spending gold altogether.

I would say if Gree do not fix the units that are not stacked from working they are guilty of fraud..... This could mean big problems for them in the US. It no different than buying a lawn mower with the bag attachment & the bag attachment is missing & they decide not to make it right.

Suggest that if you have these "non stacking items" to please open a ticket to show GREE there are several paying customers out there not willing to just let by gones be by gones and hope this gets fixed on the next event.

I think that it would be helpful if everyone logged their ticket requests here. A lot of this could be avoided and people would be less frustrated if there was an updat every 24 hours, even if there is no resolution. No one wants to feel like a stepchild especially when real money is on the line.Ticket sent oh and bump...

What kind of question is that? They took a foolish chance mind you, but their units that they paid for should still work the way they are supposed to. Gree has an obligation to honor anything they put forward in game, wether advertised or not. If not it is false advertising, fraudulent and are placing themselves in a likely, highly actionable position.

In California you can still be a class representative in a law suit, even if you weren't personally deceived, but if the information presented by X could deceive the general population and influence their decision making.

Ahhh, but they did, you see I finished up to level 32 in prestige before I started going back to see what units I had gotten. When looking back I see a unit that says -20% health regen, at that moment I had accepted a prize which I spent money to obtain which did not provide the effect that it was labeled with. So that was what gree had presented to me for a combination of both my time and gold which I had purchased.

I get that, but they didn't advertise the rewards prior to receiving them, so any gold spent was done blindly, regardless of if people were following Devin's (unofficial) walkthrough (please note that I am not trying to blame Devin at all). People also didn't directly pay for those items, they paid to progress in the event. I believe these technicalities would cover them legally. I'm not a lawyer, so could be wrong.

Individually we as players are very limited in what we can demand or expect from gree, but if we were to form a players union, it could actually set president in online gaming and force companies to stand behind their products. I think it's time to send gree a message that we don't have to stand by and take whatever they choose to dish out.

It would be easier, and probably more effective, to just serve them with a 30 day notice of violations. The threat of filing a complaint under the CLRA would probably see more change than all the threads, polls and recharges from google and apple ever will.
