We are fighting right now de leader down wall down and everyone on the other faction is still protected by the de leader. We can attack anyone. Is this happening to anyone else?

It happened to us earlier. Close out the app. Bring it back up and just tap on him again (someone with no health- don't waste health). Our rival DL magically went down.
It happened to us earlier. Close out the app. Bring it back up and just tap on him again (someone with no health- don't waste health). Our rival DL magically went down.its been this way the whole war no one in our faction can hit any of them. They have over 120k on us, war is almost over.
