Order of Opponents member/battle list made up?

How is the order of Opponents member/battle list made up when in battle with another faction?

Do we see them in order as they joined, top of list being first one to join and bottom being last?

I believe that rival factions see your battle list in the order that they joined the faction with the first members to join at the top and the last members to join at the bottom. The battle results screen with all of your members points during the current WD event are in order of the first to participate in the current WD event to the last. I could be wrong though.
