Everytime I open the app it won't load and it says I have no network connection is any body experiencing this? Can anyone help

One thing that really peeves me is that the game claims there's a problem with your network connection when their server is down. That's bad programming. Either
a) (easy fix) rewrite the message to say that the server may be down OR there may be a problem with your network connection, or
b) (harder but really nice) when it can't reach the server, try accessing some other site(s) like google.com. If that works, then tell the player that the server is down. If it can't reach any site, THEN tell the user that there's a problem with the network connection.

Also, I've noticed that there seems to be a bug in the "no network connection" dialog -- pressing Retry after connecting to wifi never works. I have to connect to the wifi, then kill and restart the app.

Agree 100%. I tried switching between wifi and 3G to no avail... but then I tried google. And then I gave up.

When this happens turn off your iPad/phone and bam should work once you restart or at least it does for me

yeah i got this too, the bottom quarter of my screen doesn't sense touch so i cant restart the app or restart it until it dies -.-

Don't you have assistive touch? If your on an iPhone 4 and higher with 5.0 version or higher you can find it in settings > general > accessibility > assistive touch on.

Then you can restart your game.

Edit: oh lol, sorry didn't get what you mean for a second haha. Thought it was the home button you were having problems with lol.

This just happened to me too. Been like that for four hours now. I haven't done anything worth being banned for unless VPN can get you booted. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Powered off device and nothing yet. Anyone have a fix?

You haven't been banned, I've been having this problem for a year, I just try 50 more times then it works. If I turn off WiFi and start again, first few seconds it works FLAWLESSLY. I bet its just a problem with my internet, even with you guys. I have 0.08 Mbps internet (Probably the most slowest internet that exists). I hope this helped. Some VPNs don't work Tschmidt22 I tried one once, it turned off my internet constantly. I don't use VPNs now.

I thought was my router and people in the line chatroom I was in at the time, were saying buy a new router. I have two games and they both had no network connections at the exact same time. This was the night before last...now Im scared to death will happen in war.

I went over my parents house at 1 am and scared my mom to death but finally both games loaded and now work ok.

Everything else was working except my two knd games.

I had this message briefly after trying out a vpn that started acting funny. Once I had the vpn fully shut down things went back to normal.

By fully shutdown do you mean just turning the VPN off or deleting it?

It was disconnecting it but it kept popping up messages every few seconds that it successfully disconnected. I killed the vpn app with the task manager and then restarted the phone for as an extra measure.

same problem... whole game froze.... i could get around my note 3 fine.. and the game would function.. but no gold changed... characters didn't heal etc... restart phone fixed it.. i also have a vpn and have tried both because i am not getting gems for the free videos never once have i gotten a gem.... since the very beginning.. wasn't even trying to abuse the system.. no gem.. so tried vpn.. still not getting a gem.. like to know how to contact gree about this...

I can only suggest you stop using your VPN. Maybe get a new one. I don't care about VPNs, I get not a single offer where I live, I don't buy gems. And I tried VPNs only once, they messed up my tablet turning off my WiFi. I don't even know if using a VPN is cheating, lol.
