Max upgrade button

Dont mean to be too picky.. but why cant gree make a max upgrade button for hideouts... upgrading 70 hideouts one by one 10 times each is a major pain

I know. It's taking me forever to get 10 hideouts all the way to level ten!

Or at least let officers have the capability to help
