'Arrival' and 'Scintillating Shells' LTQs ???

Is anyone seeing these under their quests? Seems like another LTQ but only gold and XP. Might be an issue with testing because I was also see screens for the next war coming up this morning.

Could be just general story-line quests added, or you're getting a free heads up on future LTQs/LTEs. In which case, what are they like?

I took a closer look last night and I reckon its just part of a normal quest. If I remember correctly, somewhere early in the current quest, we needed to hit some kind of portal? Well, if so, then that probably moved me along on the normal quest story (which splits into these 2 sub-quests). Will just ignore them since no units/armour/weapon to be won.
