An error occurred loading rivals

Rivals list hasn't been working for quite a few hours now for me

If you send in a ticket don't worry. You will get a reply back that everything has been corrected and then link to a survey. When in fact they didn't do anything. Has happened to me the last three times.

Which is clear evidence that they don't actually look at the ticket that you sent.

Last time this happened to me I emerged in the whale zone and have been there ever since. Now today I'm among the minnows again with some players as low as 10% my stats

Sorry to hijack this thread, but I am a new forum member and can't start a thread. And, it partly involves the rival list. I've been play KA for almost a year. Since the latest update, all of my allies also show up when I go to my rivals list. If I go from "view allies list", I get 25 gold and get walk their kingdom. If, on the otherhand, I go to their kingdom from the rival list, they are totally open to attack for them and/or buildings. Prior to the last update, I 'never' saw my allies on the rivals list. Is this just something happening with me? Or could someone else please verify if this is happening to them? I have too many allies showing that I find few to attack anymore. Thanks in advance for any help / thoughts.

You can raid your allies' buildings. It happens to work out in your favor if say, you are in a Guild and can't collect. At least you know your gold will goto your teammates than other players.

I also never visit allies. 25 gold is worthless and is time consuming.

I've also read somewhere that you would not be able to raid folks from the same guild. Unable to confirm if this is defineitely true but I have not seen folks from my guild on the rival list ..... yet. .........

You can raid from fellow Guild members, but you can't attack them directly.

Guild members are excluded from raiding in my observations. People apprear on my list before joining or after they leave, but not while a member. Granted I only see those above 155ish, but none of my teammates can collect from me when I know something will come due overnight. I wish they could. I would rather my money go to my guild than to another one.

I share the same sentiment wishing that my fellow guild mates could raid me especially when I have engagement that prevents timely harvest. Better fellow guilds then outsider. Cheers !!!
