We've revised the rewards for the upcoming battle. It will be reflected in game in the next day or so. Here is an advanced update.

If you want players to buy gold, the game accounts should be stable.

I have the "Unrecognized server response. Please try again in a few moments." for a week, sent request to support, no response for a week.

Before getting anything fancy, please make sure the game support is functioning.
