And condolences to those who should have been, and deserved to be, in a higher prize bracket but were not because Gree refuses to disband hacker guilds.

My guild refused to buy half as many gems this war as the one before, in which we spent less than the one before that (as our rankings reflect). A number of us (including myself) bought enough for the monthly bonus program previously and bought none or <$100 worth this time. If guilds with hackers are allowed to place without paying any real-life $, why on earth would I spend real-life $ just to have them push me out of the #10 or #25 spot?

ETA: Is there a list of the Battle for Dwarven Mines rewards anywhere? I can't seem to find one. Thanks.

We were in the top 100 by 40,000 pts as time expired, but some how finished outside of the top 100.

I am extremely disappointed that the leader board is still freezing up in the last hour so we don't know how hard to push I guess I'm glad I'm not alone. First time not in top fifty or better and not real happy about it. I will assume that everyone else is also loosing attacks to people who's defense is lower than your attacks. I sent screen shots to Gree after last battle showing the issue and did not hear a single word back. Oh well we live to fight another day. Congrats to everyone that plays a fair and honest game.

Yeah, the ending was really confusing. Our screens showed that we needed 20,000 points to get in top 150; so we pushed and pushed and got gems and scored big and by the end we were 20,000 point ahead of the team placed in 150. And so we were so happy and got the bottles of Moët and everything, but then we checked and we are 165th.
I know everyone gives it all at last battle and that may be a full load of data to compute, but maybe the leaderboard could stay there a little longer to be refreshed at the end of the war?

Yeah, their scores are all screwed at GREE. FUN apparently needed 140,000 conquest points to reach 1st position...even though they were already first...? Wtf? Lol!

Obviously you don't understand the basics. Hacking is modifying code to gain an unfair advantage in a competitive standing, which is also known as cheating. Justifying cheating as something right is an even larger commentary on today's society.

If Gree refuses to ban and enforce policy against hacking guilds then by their actions they support hacking. So why not cheat? Cheating to win at a video game...way to go superstars.

Congrats to all legit guilds that achived position without hacking,those that hacked hope that Gree will ban them and disband their guilds..
People invested money and time in guilds and ranks,those honest and legit guilds keep this game live.
So i hope that Gree will make soon some actions against those that are cheating.

Regardless of hacking or legit. GREE had already created unfairness with Gems. Try restrict gems use in war event and see if the top guild would still able to remain at the top. It's because the unfairness (money making for GREE), that's why players going for hacks. Hacking or legit, it'sall cool. It is not cheap for Gree to pay programmers, to maintain a server, to pay for the bandwidth etc. I can understand them charging to cover the cost of these services. That is not to say that Gree is referred to as Gree'd for a reason...they are certainly pushing the envelope to squeeze every dollar out of people they can and I believe it will soon result in disaster for the company.

That all said, this game is popular and competitive because of the fun factor and the higher dollar value of the elite game play. There are plenty other games one can play if they dont want to spend on gems (tho again, Gree is taking it too far when one LTQ costs a mountain and a half to finish). To hack to get the gems when others are spending real money is an atrocity and, if I see that we missed out on Top10 because there are hacked, 60 member guilds there, Gree will never got another dollar from me. Most of my team feels the same way.

I don't think there are any hacked 60 member guilds in the Top10. FUN have 58 (?) but they wasted, sorry invested, huge amounts of real money to get there

In general, hacker guilds hack money to buy billions of gold (coins aka game money - not to be confused with MW gold which is the equivalent of gems in KA) and buy what amounts to billions worth of guild bonuses. I hacked team can have 60 members...more members means more points earning potential. Additionally, 5/5 health regen and 5/5 energy regen provide a huge additional, yet unfair, advantage when doing LTQs thus increasing their members stats come war time as well as 5/5 health regen means more free hits between gem refills thus more CP during wars

Additionally, it is possible to hack gems apparently. Not sure how it is done, and some say it is not possible anymore, but apparently it is possible and that provides and unquantifiable unfair advantage.

I support the removal of hackers, but how would you distinguish them from let's say a pack of idle rich who are willing to spend thousands on this silly game. While I'm dubious that there are this many of the idle rich playing, how could you absolutely know?

Honour hackers are easily detectable as the have hundreds of top end honour units. Anyone with over 100 but below lvl 200 of those beast abominations is an honour hacker.
Eventually it will get hard to distinguish but right now it's dam obvious and GREE should ban their asses straight away when someone reports them. I mean it's as easy as looking up at te sky and saying, is the sky blue? Obviously! Come on GREE
