Boss for lvl 100 and below. LTQ for 101 and above. Split decision for tier 4 peeps depending on the individual players situation.

Exceptions: 100 and below can do a certain # of LTQ missions before the XP makes it not worth doing any more. I'm Lv 58 and stopped LTQ missions at #9. Boss missions are still good for 101 and highe if you are a heavy gold spender with phenominal attk stat.

Case events are good for just about everyone though benefits lower levels more due to the low XP involved and higher boost in stats compared to your current stats %wise. The smaller cash, RP, and other lesser prizes also benefit lower level more.

I figured beating the boss 40 times is easier done than collecting the final crate whether its 10 or 25 crate event. I have never collected the final reward on crate events in Crime City nor Modern War

It takes luck and dedication. I open at least 16-18 cases a day in both events. So I've made it to the end on a few.

Just finished the collect 10. Good gun thought better than the last event with the M-32 thumper gun.

Depends on how you define "best event." People already mentioned boss events for below 100 and LTQs for 100 and above (assuming free play), but syndicate wars also provide good return on your (gold) investment as long as you're in a good syndicate with other gold spenders (as opposed to being the one to carry the team to a mediocre placement).

That depends entirely on the mod. Any % boost mod is significantly better for high level players. Today's gun added about 5.5k to my atk. Whereas extra rp from the thumper is useless to me, but hugely beneficial at lower levels

That makes sense with boss benefiting 100 and lower and LTQ for over 100. I'm lvl 48 with 53k/60k att/def

That's not true. I haven't used gold on any collect ten and I've completed 2 of the alst 3... I'm on 8 right now with all cash opens. 72 hours to get two more twin swords... can't be done...

same way I just finished (about 3 hours ago) without gold... but I will continue to open as I have a chance to get decent items still to load my vehicles section...lol

This current colelct 10 event has had great open rates for everyone. Cost me 30 gold to complete and I had an 80% open rate with cash. Never been so good before. Even the people that finished it quick with gold spent around 400 on average.
