is it your overall attack plus +3 or is it based off allies. I always thought that if I added stronger allies, it would increase, but that just sounds to complicated to calculate haa

+3% of raw attack

The strength of your allies does not change your a/d. A level 1 ally with 10 attack gives you the same as a level 250 ally with 1mill attack... The ability to bring 4 of your units to the party.
