How long between raids?

After you have been attacked twelve times, how long until you can be raided again?

I don't remember there is a limit on raid, I once dumped all my 55 stamina on a guy. I believe if there is money up for grad you can always raid it.

Limited to 12 hits now. I am wondering how long until you can hit the same target 12 times again.

You can do 12 attacks on a player, then raid to your hearts content.
But if you raid 12 times then attack, he is too weak.

As for when he can be attacked again, it used to be 20x with an hour cool down.
Maybe it goes by health regen?
I honestly have no real idea.

Gree changed the attack politics recently. Since the upgrade 'that allies can be attacked' i got no clue anymore but you can be hitten more often. Before it was around 6h maybee?? Jm2c

It used to be 2.5-3 hours but I hit someone for 110mill this morning at it took over 7 hours....
