So after 23 days of waiting from my submission bonus, you have credited to my account 15,000 gold. This is proof that sometimes the machines, in this case your automated system, they can not replace the man. For your information I live in Italy, here we have the euro as their currency, so counting 21 receipts received in Euros, I have exceeded the agreed 2000.00 dollars for the bonus, right! It appears to me your bonus program provides a cost 50,000 gold like this, so if math is not an opinion, I miss 35,000 gold. Now the point is this, to whom I must ask explanations to you or your automated system?

$2000 - 50000
$5000 - 125000 + crate unit
$10000 - 250000 + event unit

So the sales make little difference now, you'll still need to spend the same amount. Makes it somewhat problematic when it's in a different currency though.

Just mildly blows my mind that people have enough disposable income to rack up that high of a phone bill buying as much gold as you all are talking.

On a serious note to address the question of players spending that much money it is all relative. There are people who spend 5k a night on a hotel room to sleep in. To them its just the cost of traveling. Same as playing this game. To the average joe thats the cost of an entire week vacation.

Think about it this way: How much do you spend on a typical night out drinking? I was looking through my mint account and realized that if I didn't go out 4 nights a week(casual drinking nights, not hard drinking/partying nights) I could spend $500 a month here and SAVE money while keeping my same entertainment budget....

EDIT: That isn't to say that I am in anyway changing the way I live my life to spend more on this game, which I would never want/need to do, I was just attempting to put things into perspective.

Were they sale priced vaults? You have to hit DOLLAR amounts not, not VAULT amounts, so you need to spend $1,000 US, not buy 10 vaults.

yes,

you must contact support to register for the program first. Once they send an email back saying that you have been registered, then you are in the program from the month you signed up moving forward.

no one has had a clear answer on this and i don't believe anyone has actually asked Gree. Maybe CJ will be able to provide an answer when he gets on the forums next.

Seems like everything Gree, there is n element of luck involved.

People who never purchased any get awarded amounts of sometimes extraordinary proportions whilst others who have te email and comfortably qualify miss out and do not even get the decency of a reply as to why.
